Delivery charges quoted in your rental agreement include postage out to you and return postage to us unless agreed otherwise. Please follow the instructions below. The postage costs are tiered according to weight, size and urgency of orders, please contact us about your order. Delivery will be quoted as per your hire/rental agreement which we email to you. Tracking
Your items will be shipped approx 5-6 days prior to your rental period starting to ensure early delivery a tracking number will be sent use http://www.parcelforce.com/ to track. If you wish to have it delivered earlier then you may incur a increased rental cost. All prices quoted are for 2 weeks rental (longer periods can be quoted for just ask). Late returns are calculated on a daily rental rate as per our terms and conditions.

- Standard return delivery varies depending on size of box, this assumes it is delivered on a week day. Returns can be dropped off at a local parcel force depot or post office check next link as not all post offices accept (http://www.parcelforce.com/depot-finder) or collected from your home/business.
- Payment on time will allow us to keep delivery costs down for you so please pay well in advance.
- Someone needs to sign for your order.

Returning your items

- Repack your order upon your return please try to re-use box/bags etc. Remove all previous labels and clearly write on the box our address Expedition Kit Hire, Crib Y Lan Cottages, 1 Main Road, Gwaelod Y Garth, CF15 9JJ. Please note that only the same number of box's as you received can be posted back; if you separate items this will incur additional delivery fees.
- Either we can arrange for Parcel Force/Hermes to collect from you (please ring/email us a day and address for collection) this will occur any time during the day and there are no specific hour slots etc.
- Or we can email you a label and you can drop off at your local Parcel Force depot/post office find here (http://www.parcelforce.com/depot-finder) ,
- Or we may send you a label and ask you to drop at a local shop/super market which www.collectplus.co.uk & www.myhermes.co.uk use as a drop off service. You can use the www.collectplus.co.uk or www.myhermes.co.uk website to see where your nearest drop off point is. Please ensure to keep a record/receipt of your return from the drop off point.
Delayed returns: are charged at a rate of:
(your total initial rental fee) divided by (rental period in days) multiplied by (number of days late).
For example if your initial rental agreement costs £200 over a 2 week period, and you return it in 20 days i.e. 6 days late.
Cost incurred would be (£200/14)x6 = £85.71 or £14.28 per day.
